Perched along the shoreline in Fairfield Glade, this waterfront residence by Zurich Homes explores a distinctly French Country interpretation of Tennessee lake architecture. The exterior draws on classic French Country proportions, combining natural stone, traditional rooflines, and carefully balanced detailing with materials that feel at home in the Tennessee landscape. Mature trees and professionally designed landscaping soften the architecture, creating a seamless transition between the home and its wooded lakeside setting.
Inside, the floor plan is organized around the water. Expansive windows and an open sequence of living spaces frame the lake from nearly every primary room, while a screened porch extends the architecture beyond the interior and into the landscape.
The primary suite continues the home’s understated approach, featuring a Roman-inspired walk-in shower and a material palette that emphasizes texture, craftsmanship, and simplicity.
